Jacksonville, Arkansas | October 28, 2010 | Booker T. Magee, retired Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force, has been recognized by Elite American Military. An expert in welding and management of metal work, Mr. Magee performed nondestructive quality inspections on aircraft engines. As a Master Sergeant he inspected equipment used by the United States Air Force personnel for readiness and safety and demolished highly classified equipment. A dedicated high school athlete, Mr. Magee graduated from Carver High School in 1964. After graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and completed basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. He ultimately attained the rank of Master Sergeant and then retired from the Air Force after 26 years of honorable service. Mr. Magee volunteers with the American Red Cross and is an usher for the Mount Pisgah Baptist Church. Mr. Magee has been married 42 years to Mildred Magee, a teacher at Little Rock School, they have 2 sons, Tyrone and Anthony, and two grand children.
